The Vecchio Forno is in the very heart of Tuscany, in the hills between Pisa and Volterra.
It is family-owned company. They produce home-made typical tuscan specilites, bread and pastries, making
them on propouse and according to the old old-time tecniques. They use simple products ;
those included in the recipes that have been passed down over the times by old pastry-cooks.
Flours, fresh eggs and seasoning are the basic ingredients of our cakes and we choose them
screening with particular attention all the most reliable suppliers, able to guarantee us the best quality and freshnees.
